FIAT PUNTO INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR CUSTOMISATION IN MUMBAI

Sharing with all our readers about the full interior and exterior customisation of a Fiat Punto done by Autorounders.

The Fiat Punto was launched in India in the year 2009 as a replacement for Fiat’s age old workhorse the ‘Palio’.The model which came to India was a third generation model of the Punto globally.The Punto was designed by none other than Mr. Giorgetto Giugiaro who is a well known automobile designer who has been named the ‘Car designer of the century’.The solid design of the Punto has allowed the car to age gracefully in its life cycle.

Over the years with the growing competition from rival brands the Punto has been left far behind in terms of its eye catchy nature. So one day a customer called up Autorounders to get some mechanical work done on his Italian workhorse which happened to have suffered its own set of abuses.

On starting of with the mechanical work the customer was impressed with the transparent policy of Autorounders,which made him go ahead with full exterior and interior customisation of his car to bring back the old bling.

On completion of mechanical work of the car like clutch,engine,suspension and electrical work we started with the exterior work i.e; denting and painting.

The colour of the car was changed from its existing colour to pearl white with mirrors finished in metallic red and the front grills & fog lamp housing in matte black.

The car was given a set of new headlights and LED tail lights.

Moving on to the interiors, the top dash board was finished in black and the lower dash was given a tan finish.

The centre console and air-conditioner switch panel was finished in piano black.

The door pads were finished in a combination of black and tan with the switch panels in wooden finish.

The steering wheel was covered in hand stitched genuine leather with wooden finish.

The gear boot was finished in black composite leather with the gear knob in genuine leather. 

The seats were finished in custom made covers finished in tan with horizontal design.

The interior roof of the car was changed to black to match it with the rest of the theme of the interior.

Lastly the Punto was given a set of ONYX alloys finished in black colour & the brake calipers and rear drums finished in metallic red and a sporty set of front and rear bumper lips accompanied with body decals to give a complete sporty look to the exterior of the car.

Finally the Punto was ready to roar the roads flashing of its Italian flair enough to make it a one of a kind car on the streets.
